We have a new service called Out and About Extra!

 

It will start Wednesday morning from 9:30-12:30 with the first session being 4th October. Members will be able to use their direct payments to pay for the service. The cost will be £30. Meeting and pick up will be from Stanley Halls, 12 S Norwood Hill, London SE25 6AB.

 

We will focus on accessing the community and physical and mental wellbeing. Sessions will involve activities like cycling, walking, trampolining, Zumba football, museums, cricket, tennis and anything else active our members think of! We will be using public transport which will help members build confidence in this area too.

 

If lots of people come to the session we might expand it to other days.
