Our Transition Workshops are free online workshops for parents of young people with disabilities from year 8 (aged approximately 13-14) up to age 25. Funded by Relief in Need.

Workshop delivered by our Transition Family Link Worker, Tansy Muller, and the Croydon Post 16 Participation & NEET Team.

This 2 hour workshop explores post 16 pathways, with particular reference to the essential considerations and timeline that young people with EHCPs, likewise their parents / carers, should work to. The participative workshop will also highlight useful resources for transition planning.
