Our Transition Workshops are free online workshops for parents of young people with disabilities from year 8 (aged approximately 13-14) up to age 25. Funded by Relief in Need.

This Transition Workshop will be delivered by Tansy Muller and Lloyd Thomas.

The workshop will include, an overview of PIP and the claim form, questions and answers at the end of the presentation. Handouts will also be sent out after the workshop.
